Celebrities You Didn't Know Have Hyperhidrosis

About 5% of the world’s population is affected by hyperhidrosis, that’s a whopping 7.5 million people. And fame doesn’t exempt you from those odds. Here are a few famous folks who deal with a lot of sweat.

Halle Berry

She’s famous for her roles as superhero Storm in the X-Men series and Jordan Turner in The Call, but when she played fierce Catwoman she was definitely sweating in her leather costume. As fearless on screen as she is in life, Halle is totally unashamed of her sweat, once even showing off her pit stains on Ellen.

Steve Carell

Our favorite boss from the office, Steve, sweats.

Emma Stone

Academy award nominee Emma can be seen dancing in mid-air as one of the stars of La La Land. While life is breezy for Mia, it could be breezier for Emma as our favorite girl-next-door lives with hyperhidrosis.

David Hassellhoff

The Hoff has been in many hairy situations is famous roles like the Knight Rider. He never broke resolve but he secretly always broke a sweat. Luckily, when he was patrolling the beaches in Bay Watch, sweating in the sun was part of the job description.

Robert Pattinson

Yes, that's right, the glittering vampire himself from the Twilight series, Robert Pattinson, sweats a ton. In retrospace, we’re thinking his undead shimmer was probably sweat…

Cameron Diaz

When you combine hyperhidrosis and stardom, you get Cameron Diaz, who claims to only wash her face with Evian Spring Water. I guess that’s one way to beat the beads?

Marco Rubio

As senator of Florida, it’s not shocking that Marco is a heavy sweater due to his particularly stressful job in a particularly humid state. Nonetheless, he still manages to perspire a little more than the average politician.
