Heavy Sweaters, Listen Up!
We will soon be looking for individuals with axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating of the armpits) to participate in the Argyle Study, a clinical research study.
The Argyle Study will be comparing an investigational study drug to a placebo, to evaluate a new treatment for axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating of the armpits). The study drug is a gel and is applied topically (on the skin) of the armpit.
• This is an outpatient study (meaning you will not need to stay overnight at the doctor’s office) and it’s performed at a dermatologist’s clinic.
• The duration of the study will be 52 weeks (13 months) with 17 scheduled office visits (1 visit every three weeks).
• Compensation to you for completing these visits is available.
